St Bart’s Bucket 2014 video 2
July 3, 2014 8:49 pmIn this video notice a crew member of this 165 foot Perini Navi run to the bow as it submerges under a wave. The St Bart’s Bucket is the biggest super yacht regatta in the world. I was an onboard guest of a dental patient/friend for nearly a week of racing. The boats seen in this video range in size from 120 – 200 feet long. Each boat may require 20 – 40 professional crew for racing – excluding guests. I spent the week onboard with Perini Navi super yacht designer, Ron Holland, and discovered we share an interest in aesthetic aqueous engineering!
